About me

I’m Matthew. I work across web coding, automation, outreach, and AI agents, especially where they become practical operating systems for companies.

I have served as CMO at UChat since 2020, and I founded FengTalk to explore AI agents, company knowledge, and international growth for Chinese businesses.

I am building a software factory that connects product judgment, development, marketing, and operations. Ideas start in Linear; Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor help with research, scoping, implementation, and review; the work returns to Slack and the team.

I automate repetitive work and use agents for research, knowledge organization, and execution, while keeping human judgment in the loop.

AI amplifies what a curious builder can do. I want more people and companies to gain that leverage.

I believe an AI-native approach will become an essential part of company culture.
